How it Works

Each payroll period, simply provide us with the working hours, vacation or holiday time that an employee has taken during the payroll period. We’ll calculate the following:

  • Gross Salary / Wages
  • Superannuation
  • PAYG Tax
  • Additional payments (HELP payments)
  • Annual leave and sick leave

Our Level 2 Accountant is in direct contact with the Australian Accountant/client to receive the payroll information for processing the payrolls.
We provide you with the payslips for every payroll making it easy to process payments to your employee’s bank accounts.

A sneak peek into the crucial functionalities of the Payroll Services

  • As per the need of the client, payroll is processed in different software like MYOB, MYOB Essentials, Quick Books, Xero, Payroller, Odoo, and ADP.
  • As per the client’s convenience payroll is processed at a frequency of either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
  • A respective industry award sheet followed for processing the payroll.
  • A separate database is created for complete employee details in Excel.
  •  As per the designation and level assigned by the client, the rate is arrived at and accordingly, payroll is processed.
  • The age of employees is tracked weekly in order to pick the correct rate as per age.
  • For every employee, an uptodate Year to Date (YTD) sheet is maintained in order to arrive at any instance of time the Gross, PAYG & Super accrued till date.
  • Each time when payroll is processed, YTD is checked, and then issued the payslips.
  • Super is accrued as and when the employee meets the criteria.
  • Super payslips are generated on a monthly or quarterly basis as per the client’s requirement.
  • At any time if an employee leaves or resigns from the organization, accordingly the full & final settlement amount is arrived at and accordingly all accrued leaves are paid off.
  • According to client instructions, payslips are either emailed bulky to the employer or individually to the employee.
  • Each time when payslips are mailed to the client, confirmation for any changes inquired so that STP can be done.
  • For online clients, STP is done for the last pay run when processed for the current week.
  • STP finalization is done in the case of online clients.
  • Payroll is processed by a Level 1 Accountant and reviewed by a Level 2 Accountant, hence dual checking is done which results in errorless output.
  • Level 2 Accountant will be in direct contact with the Australian Accountant/client to send the payslips on time.
